Key ResponsibilitiesAchieve annual sales targets through effective planning, coaching, execution, and continuous development of sales activities.Forecast, analyse and formulate sales strategies to drive revenue growth and profitability in alignment with company objectives.Lead the expansion of our business in Australia, with a strong focus on mining & offgrid-related clients and industrial partners.Maintain and grow sales volume by delivering competitive products, pricing, and tailored solutions to both existing and new customers.Build and sustain strong, long-term relationships with key accounts, mining operators, EPCs, distributors, and other strategic partners.Identify, source, and present new project opportunities—particularly within the mining and resources sector—to senior management.Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support strategic decision-making and strengthen our position in the mining and offgrid sector.Review and approve quotations, ensuring accuracy of product specifications, commercial terms, and customer requirements.Oversee and monitor delivery schedules to ensure timely fulfilment and customer satisfaction.Represent the company as a public-facing spokesperson in industry events, client meetings, and professional networks to enhance brand presence.Analyse operational challenges and provide solutions that support business continuity and long-term growth.Prepare monthly sales reports and performance updates for management.Perform other duties as assigned.
Preferred Experiences and SkillsMinimum 3 years of sales or business development experience in Australia, ideally with exposure to mining, offgrid and/or industrial sectors.Proven track record in acquiring new clients and successfully closing new business opportunities.Experience in renewable energy, PV, BESS, and/or industrial electrical solutions is highly preferred.Proven and established network within the mining and offgrid sector in Australia.Strong commercial acumen with the ability to quickly learn and understand technical product features and system solutions.Demonstrated ability to develop new business pipelines and provide consultative solution-based sales.Strong stakeholder management skills; comfortable working in multicultural and cross-functional environments.Proactive, self-driven, and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently in a geographically dispersed market.
