About Vasse Virgin
Vasse Virgin is a premium natural olive oil skincare and gourmet food brand handmade in small batches in the Margaret River region of Western Australia. Founded in the mid-1990s, we operate retail stores across WA and SA, a thriving wholesale network, and an online store — all built on an uncompromising commitment to natural, high-performance products.
This is a small, hands-on team where your work directly impacts the business. We move fast, we care about detail, and we take pride in everything that goes out the door.
The Role
Based in Perth, this is a key operational role supporting the day-to-day running of the business. You'll work closely with the Managers and be the organisational backbone that keeps orders, invoices, supplier relationships, and communications running smoothly.
This is not a passive inbox role. We need someone who spots problems before they become issues, follows through without being chased, and takes ownership of their responsibilities.
What You'll Be Responsible For
Managing and responding to business emails with professionalism and accuracy
Processing wholesale invoices and maintaining customer account records
Coordinating mail orders — from confirmation through to dispatch
Ordering, receiving, and distributing giftware and ancillary stock
Data entry across orders, inventory and customer records
Supporting social media scheduling as needed
General administrative support to Managers
What We're Looking For
Proven experience in an administration, operations, or coordinator role
Exceptional attention to detail — errors cost us money and customer trust
Strong written communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities without dropping the ball
Experience with invoicing or wholesale administration highly regarded
Familiarity with Shopify, Xero, or similar platforms an advantage
Self-directed
