At One2One, we are looking for a motivated and people-focused HR Administration Assistant to join our team in a permanent, full-time role.
This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a varied, hands-on position where you will be at the heart of our HR operations, supporting our people and helping us deliver high-quality services to the community.
About the Role
Working closely with the Business Systems Manager, you will play a key role in keeping our HR function running smoothly. You will be a trusted support across the organisation, contributing to both HR and broader operational activities.
This role offers variety, responsibility, and the chance to build your experience across HR, payroll, and administration.
What You’ll Be Doing
Supporting recruitment, onboarding, and the full employee lifecycle
Preparing contracts and facilitating employee sign-up meetings
Maintaining accurate and compliant employee records and HR systems
Responding to HR enquiries and triaging requests
Assisting with HR reporting and documentation
Coordinating training and development activities
Providing day-to-day support to the Business Systems Manager
Providing backup support for reception as required
Assisting with payroll administration during peak periods and leave coverage
About You
You are organised, approachable, and thrive in a busy environment where you can make an impact. You enjoy helping others, take pride in your attention to detail, and are always willing to pitch in where needed.
Experience in an HR administration or similar role (
Strong communication and customer service skills
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn
NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
