AAA Trailers is one of Australia’s leading suppliers of transport equipment, specialising in semi trailers for the road transport, construction, mining and agricultural industries. With branches across Australia, we are continuing to expand and are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Manager to join our Perth team.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong industry knowledge who enjoys building customer relationships, identifying opportunities and helping grow an established business.

About the Role

Based at our Perth branch, you will be responsible for managing sales enquiries, supporting existing customers and actively developing new business opportunities throughout Western Australia.

The role will involve a combination of office-based sales activities and occasional travel to customer sites to strengthen relationships and understand customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage incoming sales enquiries and customer accounts.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with transport operators and fleet owners.

• Visit customers and prospective clients throughout WA as required.

• Prepare quotations and follow up sales opportunities.

• Promote AAA Trailers’ range of transport equipment.

• Work closely with management to achieve sales targets.

• Maintain accurate CRM and customer records.

• Represent AAA Trailers professionally at industry events and field days when required.

Skills & Experience

Essential

• Previous experience in trailer, transport, heavy vehicle or related equipment sales.

• Sound knowledge of semi trailers and transport equipment.

• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

• Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities.

• Professional presentation and work ethic.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Current Australian Driver’s Licence.

• Computer literacy including Microsoft Office.

Highly Regarded

• Existing contacts within the transport industry.

• Experience with side tippers, drop decks, low loaders, skels or road transport equipment.

• Experience in B2B sales and account management.
