An exciting opportunity is available for an Administration Officer to join our busy, high-performing administration team based in Northbridge. This is a part-time position (3 days per week) on a 12-month contract.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering excellent administrative and customer support. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of Identitywa offices while working alongside a supportive and collaborative team.

What you’ll do:

General administrative support, such as welcome visitors, mail merges, filing and opening and closing of the office
Maintaining and updating internal documents, systems, and registers with high accuracy
Managing incoming and outgoing mail and correspondence
Answering calls and responding to customer enquiries in a professional and timely manner
Processing monthly purchase orders and invoicing for shared living homes
Assisting with the coordination of meetings and events, including catering and room setup
Supporting the team with ad hoc administrative tasks as required

What you’ll bring to the role:

Previous experience in administrative and customer service role
Advanced skills and experience using MS Office applications
Excellent time management and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders
High attention to detail and accuracy in your work
A positive, team-focused attitude with a willingness to support others
