Employment Type: Full-time

Salary: AUD $80,000 – $90,000 per year plus superannuation

 

About Us

Collab Capital QEP is a privately owned accommodation and hospitality business based in Perth, Western Australia. We operate a well-established property that provides quality accommodation and guest services to both business and leisure travellers.

 

Due to continued business growth and operational requirements, we are seeking an experienced Office Manager to support the smooth coordination of administration, office systems, staff records, supplier communication, and day-to-day business operations.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the daily administrative functions of the office, including internal records, correspondence, office systems, filing procedures, and operational documentation.

  • Coordinate office resources, administrative procedures, and internal workflows to ensure efficient support across multiple business functions.

  • Supervise and support administrative and office-related staff functions, including onboarding documentation, leave records, staff records, and internal communication.

  • Maintain and monitor business records relating to supplier accounts, invoices, purchase orders, maintenance records, and operational reports.

  • Assist management with preparing regular administrative, staffing, and operational reports to support business planning and decision-making.

  • Liaise with suppliers, contractors, service providers, and internal managers to coordinate office purchases, maintenance requests, service arrangements, and administrative follow-up.

  • Support the implementation and continuous improvement of office policies, procedures, and administrative systems.

  • Ensure administrative processes comply with company policies, workplace health and safety requirements, privacy obligations, and relevant operational standards.

  • Coordinate communication between management, employees, and external stakeholders to support smooth daily operations.

  • Monitor office equipment, supplies, documentation systems, and administrative resources to ensure efficient office operations.

 

Requirements

  • Diploma or higher qualification.

  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in office administration, office management, business operations, or a similar management support role.

  • Strong understanding of office management procedures, administrative systems, records management, and internal business coordination.

  • Experience in accommodation, hospitality, tourism, property, or customer service environments will be highly regarded.

  • Strong organisational, communication, problem-solving, and time management skills.

  • Ability to coordinate with multiple departments and stakeholders.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with accounting software, rostering systems, CRM systems, or operational management platforms.

  • High attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.

  • Ability to work independently and professionally in a fast-paced environment.
