OMG Coffee & Toastie is an established and growing café business operating across three locations in Perth, Western Australia. The business specialises in coffee, breakfast and casual dining. It is focused on delivering quality products and customer service. With continued growth and expansion plans, we are seeking a full-time Office Manager to support and coordinate administrative and operational functions across all locations.
Position Summary
The Office Manager is responsible for organising and coordinating office administration, operational systems and procedures to ensure organisational effectiveness, efficiency and compliance. The role also supports financial administration and reporting functions to maintain strong internal controls across multiple business locations.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Organise and coordinate administrative systems, procedures and workflows across three business locations.
Monitor and maintain office operations to ensure efficiency and consistency across all sites
Oversee financial administrative processes including accounts payable and receivable, reconciliations and record keeping.
Support budgeting, cost control and financial reporting activities in collaboration with management.
Coordinate payroll processing, staff records and general human resources administration.
Liaise with external accountants and assist with BAS, taxation and compliance requirements.
Develop, implement and maintain internal control systems and operational procedures.
Monitor business performance and provide regular reports to management.
Support procurement, inventory oversight and supplier coordination.
Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, workplace policies and business procedures.
Skills and Experience Required
At least 2 years of relevant work experience in an Office Manager or similar role.
Relevant qualification in business, accounting, or finance (Bachelor degree or higher preferred).
Strong organisational and administrative skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Demonstrated experience in financial administration, record keeping and reporting.
Ability to develop and improve systems, processes and internal controls.
Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
Experience working across multi-site operations is highly desirable.
