This role sits at the centre of our hire operations — coordinating customers, assets, documentation, service readiness and invoicing. You will have real authority, real accountability, and a direct impact on how the business performs day-to-day.

What You'll Be DoingNo two days are identical, but your core focus will be:
Hire & Sales Coordination
• Communicating with customers and end users, from Tier 1 Procurement Managers to small family earthmoving operators.
• Manage customer enquiries, quotations and hire job records end-to-end
• Coordinate dispatch, returns and customer communications
• Ensure all transactions are accurately created and maintained in our ERP (Microsoft Dynamics 365 / Wiise)
Process Control & Documentation
• Act as the control point between operations and invoicing — nothing moves without the paperwork being right
• Enforce documentation compliance across all hire and sales transactions
• Identify and escalate non-conformances, process gaps and risks
Service & Asset Coordination
• Work alongside the Service Coordinator to ensure hire assets are inspected, serviced and ready before dispatch
• Classify post-hire works (Standard Service / Repair / Refurbishment) and escalate for approval where required
Financial Control & Recoverables
• Capture all recoverable costs from hire returns — damage, labour, consumables
• Ensure invoices are accurate and complete before release; zero revenue leakage
• Support margin protection by keeping commercial documentation aligned

About YouYou don't need a long list of qualifications. What matters is how you work:
• You are highly organised and detail-driven — you notice when something is missing before it becomes a problem
• You are comfortable enforcing standards, even when it is inconvenient for others
• You have worked in hire, equipment, service coordination or a similar operational environment
• You pick up ERP and systems quickly; experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (Wiise) is a genuine advantage
• You communicate clearly with customers and internal teams alike
• You take ownership — if it is in your lane, you see it through
