ABOUT THE ROLE

Geniux Cleantech Group is one of Australia's fastest-growing renewable energy companies - 60 team members, branches in Perth, Geelong, Mildura and Geraldton. We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Administration Officer to join our Corporate Services team in Claremont.

You'll work directly alongside our Group Manager, Corporate Services, providing high-quality administrative support across a broad range of business functions - including HR, IT, Sales, Project Administration, Marketing, and Corporate Governance. This is a varied, hands-on role that sits at the heart of our operations, and a real opportunity to grow with a company that's scaling fast across Australia.

We are looking at offering this as either a full-time or part-time role for the right candidate.

You must have full working rights in Australia, and be living in Perth to be considered.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

• Provide high‑level administrative and operational support to the Group Manager, Corporate Services, acting as a trusted partner in coordinating priorities and ensuring seamless workflow across the portfolio

• Oversee shared inboxes, complex enquiries, and internal service requests, ensuring timely, accurate, and professional responses

• Prepare and quality‑assure contracts, executive correspondence, reports, presentations, and corporate documentation with a high standard of accuracy

• Manage and continuously improve digital and physical filing systems, ensuring robust version control, confidentiality, and compliance with organisational standards

• Maintain and update key corporate registers, including risk, compliance, policy, delegations, and governance documentation

• Lead HR administration activities such as onboarding, offboarding, recruitment coordination, and maintaining accurate employee and training records

• Support IT coordination by managing support requests, maintaining asset registers, and overseeing equipment allocation and lifecycle tracking

• Provide structured support to sales and project administration, ensuring CRM integrity, accurate data management, and compliance documentation is maintained to audit-ready standards

• Contribute to internal audits, quality assurance activities, and continuous improvement initiatives across Corporate Services

• Coordinate travel logistics and support stakeholder communications with professionalism and attention to detail

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Extensive experience (5+ years) in senior administration, office coordination, or corporate support roles within a fast‑paced environment

• Exceptional organisational capability with demonstrated experience managing competing priorities, complex workflows, and high‑volume administrative demands

• Advanced written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce clear, professional, and executive‑ready documentation

• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and consistency across all outputs

• High level of digital literacy, including confidence working with AI‑enabled tools and the ability to quickly master new systems

• Experience with the Zoho suite (CRM, People, Books, Projects) or similar platforms is highly regarded

• Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion, judgement, and professionalism

• A proactive, solutions‑focused team member who takes ownership, anticipates needs, and follows through reliably

• Must hold full Australian work rights and live in Perth

WHAT WE OFFER

Salary negotiable depending on experience (pro-rata)

• Real career pathway in a growing company

• Modern Claremont office with WFH flexibility

• Supportive, purpose-driven team culture

• Work in Australia's clean energy future
