We are a family-owned and operated business that is experiencing strong growth, and we are looking for a friendly, reliable, and motivated Administration Assistant to join our team.
This is a varied role that would suit someone who enjoys working with people, providing excellent customer service, and helping keep a busy office running smoothly.
About the Role
Your responsibilities will include:
Answering incoming telephone calls and assisting customers with enquiries
Providing updates on customer orders
Assisting customers with product enquiries and pricing information
Responding to emails and online enquiries
Data entry and general administrative duties
Greeting and assisting customers who visit our showroom
Supporting the team with day-to-day office operations
About You
The ideal candidate will:
Have excellent communication and customer service skills
Be confident speaking with customers both over the phone and in person
Have good computer and data entry skills
Be organised, reliable, and able to multitask
Have a positive attitude and willingness to learn
Be able to work independently and as part of a team
