About the Role

This is a Perth-based, full-time role Monday through Friday on a 12-months’ contract.

In this role, you will deliver comprehensive administrative and operational support to the Project Control Team, helping to ensure smooth and efficient day-to-day activities. You will collaborate closely with fellow project administrators, sharing knowledge and aligning on best practices to maintain consistency across processes and procedures. Additionally, you will provide flexible support across other Development Project teams as needed, stepping in to assist or provide cover to ensure continuity of work

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage project correspondence via CDS (internal and external)
  2. Maintain office plans, personnel lists, and organization charts in SAP
  3. Support document management, filing, and data organization
  4. Coordinate document sign-offs for Company and Contractor
  5. Provide administrative and project controls support
  6. Assist with travel arrangements, visas, and mobilisation of staff
  7. Coordinate personnel data and support expense claims
  8. Oversee general office services (IT, reception, facilities, mail, First Aid)
  9. Manage leave tracking, access cards, and office supplies
  10. Support onboarding and offboarding processes
  11. Arrange guest visits and external access (e.g. CDS)
  12. Handle PPE distribution and training request guidance
  13. Manage IT assets and send team communications
  14. Organise team-building activities

Experience & Qualifications

  • 3 years of relevant experience (preferred).
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A proactive self-starter with the ability to work independently
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure
  • Strong collaboration with other team members
  • Ability to work with different disciplines and cultures
  • Maintain positive vendor relationships
