About the Role
Due to continued growth, we are seeking an HR Administration Support Officer to join our Perth office team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to further develop their career in Human Resources while gaining practical experience across a broad range of HR functions. Working closely with the Recruitment, HR and Operations teams, you will play an important role in supporting employee onboarding, compliance and day to day administration activities.
This role would suit someone with previous administration experience who enjoys working in a fast paced environment, has strong attention to detail and takes pride in keeping processes organised and running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
• Coordinating onboarding and employee documentation
• Managing pre employment compliance requirements including police checks, medicals, licences and right to work checks
• Preparing employment contracts, letters and other HR documentation
• Maintaining employee records and HR systems
• Assisting with mobilisation and onboarding activities for new employees
• Supporting recruitment administration and interview coordination as required
• Monitoring compliance requirements and ensuring records remain accurate and up to date
• Assisting with reporting, audits and general HR administration tasks
• Providing administrative support to the HR and Operations teams
• Supporting continuous improvement of HR processes and systems
About You
• Previous administration experience within HR, recruitment, mobilisation or a similar support role
• Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Professional communication skills and a positive, team focused attitude
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word and Excel
• Experience using systems such as JobAdder, SEEK, Employment Hero, Kinnect or similar will be highly regarded
• Industry experience within mining, resources, facilities management, remote workforce or construction environments will be highly regarded but is not essential
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment
