With a strong reputation and a continued focus on delivering high-quality service, we are seeking an experienced Contracts Administrator to join our Bibra Lake branch.
About the Role
We’re seeking a detail-oriented Contracts Administrator to support project delivery across our operations. Working closely with the Project Team and key stakeholders, you’ll play a critical role in coordinating suppliers and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard.
Key responsibilities include:
Managing contracts, costs, and project documentation across multiple projects.
Coordinating with suppliers and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of materials, equipment, and services.
Acting as a key liaison to facilitate clear communication between project teams, clients, and stakeholders.
Preparing quotations, reports, and invoicing documentation.
Supporting the project team with administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and system updates.
Managing incoming calls and emails, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
About You
To thrive in this role, you will bring a strong combination of administrative expertise, attention to detail, and stakeholder engagement skills.
You will have:
Proven experience in a Contracts Administrator or similar administrative role.
Advanced Microsoft 365 skills, particularly in Excel, and experience with accounting systems.
Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and numerical capability.
The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Demonstrated experience in a similar role within a customer-driven environment.
Strong administrative experience within a comparable organisation.
High proficiency in Microsoft 365 and relevant systems.
Current driver’s licence.
