Hall Chadwick is one of the largest and most experienced accounting groups in Australia servicing clients in every major capital city and many regional centres in Australia, with over 100 staff based in Perth.
We are seeking an in-house Company Accountant to join our finance team to assist with the finance function for our Practice based in Subiaco.
This role is full time and offers the stability and structure of a long-established organisation.
It is a hands on role that spans financial reporting and accounts administration
The Role
This is a true end-to-end accounting role. You will manage the complete accounting lifecycle, from transactional processing through to statutory reporting and commercial analysis. The role carries genuine scope for progression
Key Responsibilities
End-to-end accounting across multiple entities
Accounts payable and receivable, including reconciliations
BAS, IAS, GST and all ATO obligations
Month-end and year-end close, journals, accruals, and balance sheet reconciliations
Management reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash-flow management
Strengthening internal controls and financial governance
Other ad hoc duties as required.
About You
Proven experience in a full-function accounting role
Strong knowledge of Australian tax and compliance requirements
High attention to detail with the ability to work autonomously
Strong systems experience (Xero and Excel) essential
Excellent communication skills
Candidates will have excellent communication skills, be comfortable working independently and to specific deadlines.
Work with great team members, mentors and encouraging Directors.
