About the Role

Perth-based, full‑time position, Monday through Friday, for a 6‑month contract. Hybrid working arrangement becomes available once you’re settled into the day‑to‑day tasks.

The Payroll Specialist will support the seamless delivery of global payroll operations by ensuring accurate and timely processing and resolving payroll queries across a diverse workforce.

Responsibilities
  • Perform day‑to‑day payroll processing ensuring data accuracy.
  • Deliver payroll in line with monthly timelines and legislative requirements.
  • Support payroll activities including terminations, super reconciliation and reporting.
  • Resolve payroll queries, escalating where required.
Experience & Qualifications
  • Experience with SAP or EC/ECP (preferred).
  • Strong prioritisation, organisation, and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to handle high workloads independently and maintain confidentiality.
  • Flexible, detail‑oriented, and solutions‑focused.
  • Effective communicator and collaborative team player.
  • Strong analytical capability.
  • Desirable: reconciliations, complex calculations, and superannuation handling.
