About the roleWe are seeking skilled and motivated Control System Engineers at a Senior to Lead level to join our growing team. As a key member of our engineering group, you will take part in designing, developing and maintaining control systems for our innovative projects. You will engineer control system projects including developing and reviewing specifications, PLC/SCADA code implementation, testing and commissioning. Delivery of the works are as per client standards. Some travel will be required to site for implementation, testing and commissioning as required. Responsibilities:Contribute to the end-to-end design and development of control system projectsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of control systems into overall project architecture.Mentor and guide junior engineers to foster skill development and team success.Conduct system analysis, troubleshooting, and optimisation for continuous improvement.Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and contribute to technical solutions. Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Control Systems, or a related field.Proven experience in designing and implementing control systems for complex projects.Strong proficiency and experience in controls (PLC, DCS, RTU) including Schneider, GEStrong proficiency and experience in SCADA systemsExcellent problem-solving and communication skills.Design skills and specification writing skills are essential.Strong commitment to client satisfactionRight to work within AustraliaMust live in Perth, WA and be able to commute to Perth office during the week PATS is an equal opportunity employer and welcomes applications from all backgrounds.
