THE OPPORTUNITY
We are seeking an experienced SHEQ Specialist to join our leadership team based in Welshpool. This standalone role will lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of Safety, Health, Environmental and Quality (SHEQ) systems across the business.
Partnering closely with operational leaders, you will drive a proactive safety culture, ensure compliance with Western Australian and Australian legislative requirements, maintain integrated management systems, and support operational excellence through effective risk management, quality assurance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
This is an excellent opportunity for an influential SHEQ professional who enjoys being visible within the business, partnering with stakeholders at all levels, and making a tangible impact across a manufacturing and operational environment
